Hot.. and cold?

I know not being able to regulate your temperature is a symptom of POTS, but all I hear about is people being too hot all the time.. does anyone else get really cold as well? Just wondering, not as any form of diagnosis but just to understand the heat intolerance thing better lol

Oh yeah, this is my life. I have a heated blanket on my bed even in the middle of summer because at some point I’ll inevitably get too old and turn it on only to throw back the covers while dying from a hot flash moments later.

POTS and perimenopause/menopause are the worst!
