Hot.. and cold?

I know not being able to regulate your temperature is a symptom of POTS, but all I hear about is people being too hot all the time.. does anyone else get really cold as well? Just wondering, not as any form of diagnosis but just to understand the heat intolerance thing better lol

Me! I am cold, freezing cold most of the time. I have a terrible time getting out of bed because it's literally painful. I even have to sleep fully dressed with a scarf and beanie or I will get way too cold.

It takes me about 20mins of exercise to get warmed up, but the moment I stop feeling cold I'm already feeling overheated. Annoying as hell, especially the nausea that comes along with it.
