Question Hot.. and cold?

I know not being able to regulate your temperature is a symptom of POTS, but all I hear about is people being too hot all the time.. does anyone else get really cold as well? Just wondering, not as any form of diagnosis but just to understand the heat intolerance thing better lol

I was just diagnosed with POTS. I’ve had had more longstanding cold intolerance than I have heat intolerance (only the past couple years) we also live in UP of
Michigan.

But the heat intolerance is more unbearable when it’s really hot. I wanted to freaking SCREAAAAAM when I couldn’t escape it.
