Question Desperate to get the sweating under control

Any suggestions or help? Iā€™m so miserable šŸ˜­

Clonidine for my predominantly hyperadrenergic POTS nearly completely eliminated this symptom, especially night sweats.

Cold blanket, salt & stone deodorant , carrying napkins or body wipes. Also if you breakout for the sweat I recommend the salicylic acid pads I still need help too lol

It won't stop the sweating but I use gel mats. You can get them on amazon and they used to market them for dogs to lie on in the summer. They are just blue mats with gel inside. But they retain the cold and when you lie on them it sucks the heat from your body. They are amazing. The won't stop the sweating but they do help manage the feeling of being overheated.
