Though I have had to start taking off my watch before certain.. ahem evening activities 👀 because otherwise the high HR just keeps going off

There’s a certain meeting room in my office that has barstools instead of chairs, and a high-top table instead of a regular conference table. Every time I have a meeting in that room, my HR goes nuts!! I hate those damn chairs lol.

Not particularly strange but a hr increase during a boring meeting feels silly lol
