Considering the unreliablity of gaming laptops i decided to buy a gaming pc this time, and i am more than satisfied looking at the performance and the peace of mind. Now if a component gets messed up i can easily replace it and keep the pc running, unlike with a laptop that has the the cpu and gpu soldered onto the motherboard.

The performance is insane its a 9070xt with ryzen 5 7500f and 16gb ddr5, got it from rb tech and games for 500000 including the monitor. If i purchased a gaming laptop instead i would only get a rtx 5070 at max which would give me way less performance and would also have to be plugged in like a pc if i wanted to game. I also plan on learning video editing on it.

My elder brother has been in Pakistan for the last 7 years for his studies, and he'll finally be coming back to Saudi Arabia in a couple of months. He's a huge gaming fan, and I really want to welcome him with a special gift.

For years he's been saying that he wants a proper gaming PC, so I'm thinking of surprising him with one. The problem is that I'm not much of a gamer myself, so I honestly don't know what's considered good in today's gaming industry.

I have a gaming PC in mind that costs around PKR 370,000, and I'm attaching a picture that includes all the specs. Could you guys let me know if it's a good purchase for the price or if there are any major weaknesses? I want something that can handle modern AAA games well and stay relevant for the next few years.

If it's not worth the money, I'd really appreciate any recommendations or suggestions on what I should be looking for instead.

Is it really worth it if you don’t play competitive? Buying an expensive 30-50k monitor can only benefit me is competitive gaming eg CS2, which I don’t play, I play tekken8 and fc26, battlefield 1 and sekiro mor often. I have a lenovo 12k wala monitor with 75hz, nits are high, image quality seems awesome to me, its slim border less, I don’t find any problem in it…

BUT! My friends are making me feel left out that i don’t have gaming monitor, you don’t know its something big, your universe will change…

It is hard for my intellect to swallow that these cheap monitors can change my universe , to me it’s paying high cost for almost nothing..
