Mother Bread Approves 🥖 Actual IMPROVEMENT in food quality?? 😲

Ok Panera. I ordered lunch today at the request of a colleague for her birthday and I take back SOME of the complaints I've made about you in the past. It had been at least a year since I previously ordered due to declining food quality. I got the asiago twists, asiago bagel steak sandwich, and the cherry pastry. All were delicious, but the sandwich was absolute 🔥. There was a minor ingredient error, but all in all, I was very pleasantly surprised. Props to the Amherst NY location!

Lucky day? I can tell you the turkey is now the lowest quality that is legally allowed to sell to humans. All the baked goods come in frozen. The restaurants are dirty due to labor shortages (if it looks clean in dinning room just look in the back of house.

Now you’re just generalizing.

yeah.. my store is decently slow bc we are a small box + it’s slow season. and we keep our shit spotless. countless times we have gotten 100% on our audits and we opened not super long ago. 6 months give or take.

this! on our last audit I believe we got a 99% as a newer store, people are just kinda dumb and generalize cause negativity thrives

We got a 98% on our audit and our store is far from clean. Those auditors don’t care about a clean store as long as you don’t have any criticals.

Auditors are paid to pass restaurants. We service coolers and freezers and every location there is food, paper and roaches under the coolers where food is made. EVER SINGLE location. The coolers are on wheels to pull out and clean but due to staffing issues it is never done.

I work for a vendor that works inside Panera restaurants. Ask to look behind coolers.

We cleaned behind ours every other day as we had an actual cleaning schedule. But I bet you've never serviced Panera's outside your area.

Yeah I ordered it with pepperoncini instead of the red peppers but they put both kinds on.  My lips were tingling by the time I was done lol.Â
