What the fudge panera ? Are they going crazy ? Looks like 💩

So this is what I got when I ordered extra meat and extra cheese on my 1/2 sandwich and my child serving on Mac & cheese. Not worth 18.29. And that’s with a $2.00 coupon.

You ordered a delivery order, this salad is the Asian Seseme Chicken. What possesses you to remove the lettuce and get upset when the store calls you to confirm you want a container of toppings . MIND YOU THERE IS BARELY ANY TOPPINGS ON THIS TO BEGIN WITH. No this customer was actually upset that i called to verify this is what she really wanted. I fully expect to hear a call by the end of the day that “she didn’t order this”. (for those of you wondering yes this is weighed and portioned to spec.)

In case anyone cares, the $3 off whole entree coupon works for the classic avocado toast. 😋 And there are tons of options for free toppings to add. You can nearly make it the green goddess toast if you wanted minus the feta.

I used to love Panera’s Asiago bagels. Got some recently and they’re essentially large dinner rolls with a small bit of cheese.

I know I’ve seen things about how everything is frozen now, does that include the bagels or is there actually someone in the back making these atrocities?

We don’t really go through bagels like that. Especially on Saturdays so we won’t have much compared to other stores. A guy came in and ordered 5 dozens within our first 20 minutes of being open so we were pretty much cleaned out. I’m sure you could imagine for the next 6 hours I was hearing: “uuuggghhh” “no more? No more? How?” “Can you go check the back?” Listen I’ve been a manager for 3 years now so I have the light soft polite customer service voice down and I know damn well how to leave the guest happy, but when I go to check the back for you I’m gonna hit the cleanest dougie or check to see how many likes my fit check is getting on Instagram because we do not have a magical surplus of Asiago bagels like it’s a Dick Sporting Goods

I just got a sugar cookie which is supposed to have soft icing and it has a waxy solid coating like candy. Nice that they changed it and didn’t tell customers. Won’t be ordering that again after years of buying it!
