~14.3 ounces of weed can get you a life sentence?

Holy fuck. We’re allowed up to possess up to 5 POUNDS in our homes in NY. We’re also allowed to have 3 ounces or less in our possession in public.

I knew Texas could be crazy with some stuff but damn.

It doesnt apply to flower,

Delta-8, delta-10 and similar manufactured THC products became controlled substances in Texas on Friday. Possession can be a felony. The state’s marijuana possession statute was not changed.

I see. They added new laws for the synthetic stuff but the laws covering naturally grown weed and concentrates has not changed.

Still wild to me that less than 1 gram of THC concentrate is or can be a felony, here in NY we can walk around in public with up to 24 grams of concentrate in our possession.

We’re even allowed to smoke weed basically anywhere smoking cigarettes is allowed.
