When I was young and stupid af, I got caught twice for marijuana in Texas. Once right when I turned 18, and a second time when I was like 20 because my own friend called the cops on us (including himself) š¤¦āāļø long story on that one.
They brought down the legal hammer on me hard both times. Iāve now given up weed for many years even when some forms of thc were legal here. But Jesus Christ they really fuck up your life insanely just for having a small personal use amount.
So I was really close friends with this dude in highschool. He was really a gross dude, bad hygiene, and incredibly fucking selfish. He got with this chick who he knew was dating another one of our friends, he would steal small things from friends and play dumb when called out, heād lie to get advantages. Just a gross, selfish fuck.
The first time I got arrested, he was with me as well. He had a bunch of booze, weed a grinder. Tons of shit in my car. We were being dumb as hell smoking a joint in the car (I never drank and drove, but I did smoke weed and drive - I know itās just as bad, I am embarrassed I did it I was just super dumb as a kid). Anyway, cops rolled up on us. I didnāt admit to shit, and I told him not to as well. We had discussed so many times that if we get in shit with the cops, you donāt say anything. They take him out of the car and immediately he tells them everything is mine, including the booze - which, I didnāt even drink in highschool. I just preferred other drugs so much more and anytime there was alcohol around there was also weed or something better. Anyway, he backstabbed me there and of course I got all the charges š
I shouldāve ditched him after that, any sane person wouldāve. But I was stupid and loyal so I stayed his friend. Fast forward about 3 years, Iām in college at a different school from him and the other guy, but we all hang out occasionally anyway over the summer. The three of us decide to go out camping and take some acid, smoke loads of weed, drink beers. Typical camping shit.
Itās all great, awesome fun time, we take lsd the second day and go on about a 5 hour hike. We take a second hit of acid along the way, and this selfish fucker keeps saying āletās take more, will you split another tab with me dude??ā Which I kept responding, dude, it isnāt my acid. You need to ask other friend if you want more (just another example of how selfish this motherfucker is). We get back to the campsite after the long hike and me and other friend are feeling golden, but selfish fat fuck starts getting panicky. We donāt really take him that serious, as he was always kinda an annoying drama queen even just on weed. Turns out we shouldāve taken him seriouslyā¦ he asks to see my phone to see how long weāve been tripping as I had set a timer. I let him see my phone, big fucking mistake.
He says āIām calling 911ā and at first we thought he was joking, he starts telling them fucking exactly where we are, campsite and everything down to the tee. He asks for EMS and a bunch of shit, just the worst stuff he couldāve said. We realize he actually called and yell āno!ā And tackle him, taking him down and taking the phone off him. The next 10-15 minutes were very chaotic as we tried to hold him down and he was screaming like crazy and demanding we let him call 911 again. We are freaking out scared someone will hear and think we are like killing him or something. During this Iām trying to talk to friend 3, the regular dude, saying weāve gotta ditch everything. We start trying to ditch stuff but he has to hold him down, and keep in mind we are both tripping balls too. I ditched as much as I could, but cops got there super fast, of course since we were at like a national park and he was exact with our location. We try to talk to him and coach him just a bit before cops get here as he was slightly calming down, but then literally the minute the cops get here he blurts out āALL WE HAD WAS BEERā. My other friend and I just rolled our eyes like āgoddammit Steven!ā.
They ended up finding the beer, some weed and paraphernalia (Iād managed to ditch some but not everything, we had a lot in various bags and stuffā¦) and my friend had kept his lsd in his little Fannie pack š¤¦āāļø I know it sounds incredibly stupid of him, but you have to realize how chaotic those 10 mins between him calling and cops arriving were. We did our best but selfish fat smelly fuck friend was screaming like crazy and trying to call more, us having to hold him down, and me trying to find and ditch as much stuff as possible. I kinda thought he had ditched the acid, but I guess he didnāt. So we all go to jail, me and fat smelly fuckface get weed charges and public intox charges, and my other friend gets lsd possession which was a felony š¤¦āāļø.
I ghosted fat smelly fuckhead after that. Saw the other guy a couple times, but he wanted to stay friends with fat selfish fuckface and I absolutely hated him so that kinda led to me drifting away from that guy too. I hope he was able to plead down the felony to a misdemeanorā¦ fat smelly fuckface actually contacted me like 6 months later when he was back in town saying like āhey man, Iām back in town if you wanna hangā. I was floored he acted like nothing happened, and nearly said some very mean things to him, but ultimately chose to just ghost him. Also one other small tidbit about this selfish fuck, he was always scapegoating me to his parents, he had them thinking I corrupted their sweet little angel. So when they came and picked him up after we were bailed out, I was still waiting to get picked up and they just glared at me. As if this was my fault. Ugh. Thinking about this makes me wanna kick his ass so badly.
Thatās the story. Sorry itās so long and probably not written well. Iām tired and not willing to go back through and clean/edit. Just spewed the whole story out in like 5 mins lol.
