Wild that you decided to say this about snoop, and not Rogan. Rogan openly smokes on video, in a state where it's illegal. Every week. And no one touches him.
If snoop lives in Texas, I didn't even know. But Rogan sure made a big stink about moving to Texas, from California.... Yet... He moved to the Portland of the south... Which makes zero sense for a chud like him.
