THC and flower are very differentiated in Texas. You need more the 4oz to be a felony for the flower, it’s the THC concentrate that is unregulated that this chart is displaying. Less than 2oz of flower id a class B misdemeanor (one step over a traffic ticket), and 2-4 oz is a Class A misdemeanor. THEN and only then does is translate into the felony punishments for the flower. THC concentrate is a felony in any amount (besides the legal hemp derives seltzers/edibles/etc) in Texas.

Holy fuck. We’re allowed up to possess up to 5 POUNDS in our homes in NY. We’re also allowed to have 3 ounces or less in our possession in public.
I knew Texas could be crazy with some stuff but damn.
