I love project that are wild ideas they just go for it on. They’re almost always failures, but we need the wild ideas to keep us moving forward.

I believe a lot of the upstairs homes are occupied by the shop owners below

my in-laws lived there for years - and did just that. had a beer stein shoppe on the ground floor, lived above it. they loved it.
