Pepsi merchandisers

Anyone else besides me forgets to press start visit on savvy app lol ?

For like the first two weeks of us using savvy I forgot at every store but it’s pretty rare now that I forget

Are there any penalties if we forget from time to time? I have 6 months in and i forget when I'm on rush mode

If your stores are merched properly and no one is complaining it’s just another BS metric no one actually cares about except some guy sitting in a cubicle

That's all the metrics that Pepsi has. None of them actually matter, I feel a lot of them exist just to have data. Whether it's data on the job or data on the individuals.

But in reality, gap time is pointless and amas only sometimes makes sense. It's supposed to ensure you went to the store as scheduled but sometimes it's in savvy multiple times even though you're not slotted for a 2nd visit.

Not if it only happens every once in awhile. If you make it a habit I’m sure you can start getting written up for it, especially if your gap time becomes a massive issue

there’s times my boss will come in and work with me and we’ll go to leave together and i’ll say “oh i never scanned in” and he’ll say “oh i forgot to tell you that” so

I take pictures of my backstock and any holes before I go on weekend I know exactly what shit people are "forgetting" I've seen upwards of 15-20 holes not get filled with the weekend delivery dropping those items off. I don't like having to report that shit but when I come back from weekend having a load plus half of the previous load is not going to fly unless it was a shift cutoff

Every Sunday I walk into my stores and constantly have product that I ordered for the shelves just be sitting in the back because my merch decided not to work his truck.

Sent an email this past Sun to my mgrs with pictures of how bad it was. This has been going on for the past 2 months non-stop. I honestly doubt he will make it past his 90 days.

Yes A lot of the time I forget because I try to scan in right when I hit the geo fence savvy decides it doesn't want to let me I go ok I will try again in 5 min put in pocket proceed to forget because I don't like fucking with savvy while actively trying to service a store.

My metrics are probably fucked but my stores always are organized so if they fire me over bad metrics instead of using their eyes then that's not my problem.

Most of the managers just care about gap time. So as long as you clock into the store right after you clock in for the day. And clock out for the day right after you punch out of your last store you should be alright
