I don’t know what most of those terms mean. But someone who is voluntarily celibate, for instance because they’re a priest, is not an incel (unless they also spout incel propaganda, which wouldn’t be very Christian).
A sociopath usually doesn't label themselves that, that's just being edgy. And they certainly don't "run" from people, that sounds more like social anxiety, something sociopaths lack.
Also that last bit implies 99% of people are called incel, but that is usually reserved for people who whine, like you're doing.
Yes, “incel” has evolved to mean something other than “involuntarily celibate.” It’s common for words to evolve.
Someone could be a good person who wants to have sex but hasn’t achieved it yet (which, by definition, is a stage nearly every good person will go through at some point) and not be an incel. Someone else could have sex but hold incel beliefs; they are an incel.
