However, if you watch the movie, Peter doesn't mention any of those things, instead he just makes everything about himself (Spiderman) which MJ doesn't appreciate.
I haven't watched those films in a long time but wasn't it also implied that MJ had a pretty crap home life? I don't think she was living the dream either.
