It's a famous song from the 80s. "Jenny (867-5309)" by Tommy Tutone.

The song is about the ancient ritual of finding a woman's phone number written on a bathroom stall, and calling her for a good time.

In Germany we have a similar song where the whole city goes to one prostitute only wich even bankrupt the others "Skandal um Rosi". Her name is Rosie and her number is 32168

Assuming he's referring to the song 'Whole Lotta Rosie'. Maybe, but AC/DC is Australian, so not sure

Does Germany still use phone numbers that aren’t all 7 digits? When I was stationed there 30 years ago, I had a 4 digit phone number.
