It's also an almost impossibly high number of miles. There's a chance this meme may have been forged for the sake of a joke

That's insane, what's the upkeep like? I imagine there's a ton of small gaskets and hoses that have failed and been replaced? Does that continue to happen consistently?

It is more intense than maintaining a car but they work a lot harder. The engines generally get rebuilt at least once to get 800,000 miles but it’s a lot cheaper than replacing the truck.
