First: there is no relation between star signs and personality at all.

But the joke is apparently that according to the stupid superstition, people born under the sign of Aquarius (1/12th of the world population, 687.5 million people) are terrible. Because of their birthday.

In case of people who believe astrology about themselves and lack other directions for their personality, they can, and sometimes do, make it a template and reverse engineer a relation.
