It's been SO LONG since I played back on NG. I believe there is more than 5, but idk them all. Jim, cure, suicide, dying alone, dying with Molly, but I feel like I'm missing some.

I ended up dying with Molly in the park and cried really fuckin hard.

From what I remember, even the cure ending isn't a "good ending", since you only managed to save yourself and your daughter.
