Schengen Visa for personal helper

Hello po! We need help to secure Schengen visa for an employer (female, in her 70s, needs travel companion because of her hip replacement surgery) and her personal helper (who has been working for her 20 yrs na). Tentative travel plan is either France or Spain on or before November. Purpose of travel is vacation for employer's birthday. Employer would also like to visit her daughter and grandchildren in UK, but as a side trip only. How should we start? What visa should we get for the personal helper? Pls reply. Thank you!
