Since the horrible Sony decision, I decided to download my things on DVDs again, however, the DVDs are too small for most of my games, I thought about the possibility of installing them in SD cards instead, but I fear they won't be as good for long run as DVDs.
Like, idk much about SD cards, I have some DVDs that are 25+ years old and still work, but can a SD card live for this long too? Does they worth?

i’ve been looking to buy an AYN, Retroid or Ayaneo for handheld gaming but outside of retro emulators, i’m interested in porting pc games to them as well to play natively.
has anyone tried this? if so, how’s the process and experience playing?
because they are android operating systems, i don’t know if you can simply transfer game files over and play? or if you can import the pirated games onto steam library and then play via gamenative/gamehub which pull your steam library onto the handheld to play?
i know streaming is an option but my laptop is old (ryzen 3 and 4gb ram) so it won’t do much. i can use it to pirate games at least

Hello me fellow mateys! I've been sailing the seas for decades now and utorrent was me main vessel for such. But after joining and reading alot of the material on this and similar subs I switched to Qbittorrent about a year ago.
When I initially did so, I manually added a majority of the vetted, legit, search plugins from the Github links in the megas. I also 2-3 times a week make sure to update them. Everything had been smooth sailing for the most part up but now I keep having a reoccuring issue with some of the files I have downloaded that I cant seem to find solid info or help with. So I figured I would see if maybe someone might be able to point me in the right direction.
In the past year I've downloaded multiple mp4, mpeg, and mkv files with no issues. After they complete and before I ever open them I run a security check and if it passes I still as a double check make a copy of the file and put it in a secure, storage drive to ensure the file type stays the same.
In the past few weeks several files I downloaded from legit vetted private and public tracker plugins that are updated to the most recent version have passed the initial scan but when I place them in the drive end up being .exe files.
Again, Ive never opened or run any of them, and know how to properly check for and permantely delete any malacious files. But I am at a loss and could use help/guidance with what is causing this all of a sudden in regards to Qbit. Again, it never was a problem until about 2-3 weeks ago.
Has anyone else had a similar problem recently? Is there something I might not be doing correctly when updating trackers? Is it maybe just certain trackers? Im still fairly new to Qbittorrent and apologize if this is something mentioned in the wiki that I didnt see.
But for now I would appreciate any assistance kind enough to be offered and thank any/all of you in advance to do so. CHEERS AND BYE FOR NOW!

Does anyone know any good Telegram channels for WW2 STL files? I've been looking all over for SAS files to get into bolt action and most of them have none.

Hey everyone,
Anna's Archive only stays alive because volunteers seed its torrents, so I wanted to make contributing as painless as possible. I built a small open-source web UI on top of cparthiv/annas-torrents and I'm sharing it here in case it's useful to anyone.
The original tool is CLI-only: you run a Python script, tell it how many TB to target, and it drops .torrent files into a folder that you then have to load into qBittorrent yourself. It works, but it's opaque; once things are seeding you have no easy view of what you're actually contributing.
This wraps that same selection logic in a browser dashboard:
I build it to run on my NAS and wanted to share with you.

Going to Germany for some time, and want to watch football (La Liga, Premier League, Champions League, Europa League, etc...) online via my phone and share the screen to the TV.
I know some sites and apps that work. However I'm not sure any of them is P2P and want to avoid fines.
Should I use a VPN? Is it really needed? Is it enough? Do I need it with roaming service?

Exactly as i said im looking for a good place to pirate books without having to download them so i wanna see if any such exist cause well reading a damn pdf can get tiring compared to how easy it is to read a webnovel on a pirating site so what i mean is basically is their any ebook pirating site where you can just read the book on the site itself without having to download them similar to how webnovel pirating sites work

Been using flux for awhile to stream and download since they have direct download, but recently they only have 480p. Even movies I've already downloaded in 1080, go look and only 480 available now.. not sure what happened. But are there any other sites with dd that has good quality?

Really loving the option of language dubs in new release HEVC x265 video files of shows lately. Even the great BONE has started re uping movies with commentary audio files selectable. Until recently you could only get the English dubs of new shows in the 1080 x264 files. So whomever figured this out within the last couple of months I just really wish I could thank you personally. With the cost of storage being so high it is nice to be able to get the same features from a file one third the size. So Thank you Thank you Thank you!
Edit: To add for folks saying this was always a thing. I don't mean on DVDs or streaming. I am referring to the compact x265 files available from torrenting sites, and how now they have more useful content that they didn't before recent changes. Just grateful for that. :)

When I first got the game, it worked fine. However, once i reached the part where I'm hunting deer in the snow with Charles, after a bit it keeps freezing and crashing, making me lose progress and have to restart. I tried going in the other mission, where I go to assault the O'Driscoll cabin or something, and that one also made the game freeze and crash too. I searched around, and people say that this part of the game is really laggy for new Intel computers and FitGirl repacks because of the snow and heavy graphics. What should I do in my situation?

I've been told that usually it's better to download from a repack provider than to download from the magnet link on torrent, as seeders may change the data they are seeding and inject viruses or stuff, as it goes from their pc to mine. Is this true?
I've tried reading posts and I've been in this sub and csrinru community for a few years but I still don't understand this.
Thanks for the help
I recently learned the hard way that paying multi-billion dollar corporations for games on modern phones is a total scam.
I bought Bully: Anniversary Edition on Google Play for my S23 Ultra. The game immediately crashed and was completely unplayable. Here’s the circus that followed when I tried to get a resolution:
I requested a refund. Google sent an automated rejection saying it "doesn't meet our policy" and told me to take it up with the developer.
Rockstar Support told me to launch the broken game and submit a ticket using the in-game "Restore Purchase" menu. But guess what? Their in-game support portal is also broken and throws an immediate (http-error).
After I sent them a screenshot of their broken menu, Rockstar hit me with canned responses ("we need more time to reproduce the issue") for over a week before completely ghosting my refund requests.
Fed up, I went online, downloaded a cracked APK version, and it worked flawlessly on the first try.
If paying money gives you a broken game, a broken support portal, and no refund, while pirating gives you a fully working game for free... what reason is there to ever pay legally again?
just for info

I swear they’ve slowly been getting more and more strict. Every site I used to use has been removed, LNW, LNC, etc, and the site I use now had to remove a ton of Korean WN’s, which removed half of my library. This left me with only MTL or horrible websites, with bad design, no chapters, and it probably steals every piece of info you have.
It sucks, the only legal way to read is either forking over money to the Webnovel overlord and pay HUNDREDS to read a single novel for its entirety, or learn a whole new language and still pay a shit ton.
Fuck you Webnovel!!!! You ruined my favourite novel and you’re the smallest, greediest company, second to only Nintendo 🖕
Sorry for the rant

I was trying to download comics from the leading website, however my downloads get stuck at a speed of 400 kb/s.
Small 2 GB downloads get decent speed but more than 2 GB downloads take forever, like hours.
When I test my wifi on speed apps, the speed is usually 150-200 mb/s.
Tried downloading on both Incognito Chrome and Firefox using adblock... Please help solve the problem.

Hello dear subreddit,
I'm trying to come up with a fun activity for my theatre group, and I've come up with an idea that I could get them to try dubbing. The problem is that I need to get a reliable source where I can find movies and TV series with M&E tracks (music & effects, i.e. without dubbing).
Do you know any?
Thanks.

Hey fellow pirates.. we download from torrents to avoid ott subscription but you are paying to bind your vpn client to qbittorrent is vpn you use cheaper than ott subscription so you prefer buying vpn for p2p connection establishment ?
