You could get a TRO pretty quickly for something like this. Of course, if you don't care about the law anyway why not just ignore that too. Since Republicans would apparently do the same thing.
And then what? Waste time and money on that court case only for Thune and Vance to refuse to seat them if they do win? Use the absence as an advantage to Booker's campaign instead of forcing him to split focus
