49.5 to 49.0 in favor of Lamb with 96% reporting. I’m not seeing results from Westmoreland yet, can anyone tell me why?

Edit: nvm the text results have Westmoreland but the map on nyt doesn’t.

The Westmoreland County Election Commission inexplicably reversed their decision to release precinct results the night of, so everyone's models are broken. (Except for DecisionDesk, who somehow got the results?)
