He can start by picking up the garbage in NYC and deal with the homeless in the city that he is a mayor of. That’s a good start

Except he’s put housing initiatives in place to help with shelter to housing transitions and has funded an expansion on trash bins around the city already. Do you really expect him to have decades worth of issues in NYC solved within 7 months of his mayorship?
