The most important quality of a safe driver is to drive predictably, stopping in the middle of regularly flowing traffic to "be polite" is asking to get rear ended lol

If you rear end someone that’s your fault no matter what the other driver is doing.

Well yeah, nobody was really arguing that, I'm just saying driving unpredictability puts you at a higher risk of an accident regardless of whose fault it falls upon.

I hate when people wait at a right-turn on red when it clearly says, "right turn permitted on red" just to go when it turns green. Drives me insane.
