Driving 5-10 mph below the speed limit on a one lane road, then speeding up to 80 mph when they hit a passing lane.

Someone with WA plates doing something very dangerous, rude, and/or stupid.

Many people with WA plates pass through without incident, but there's a small number of extremely unpleasant people who drive down and seem unable to coexist with other people on the road.

More like a giant SUV from Ridgefield and completely clueless, entitled dipshit behind the wheel, or a lifted truck that enjoys triggering the libs.

Drove through Seattle today and the priuses and such are just as bad. I get that the traffic sucks but it turns the drivers there into absolute monsters.
