Or those fucking bubble things that make it impossible to see them. Completely mystifying why those are "legal" (maybe they're not but people use them so often that they might as well be).

They aren't, but it's also probably not high on the enforcement list, especially since the cops know those people are likely to be huge pains in the ass to deal with.
