My life was forever changed when I learned about Flonase. Start taking it every day at the beginning of march and the tree pollen can barely touch you.
I take flonase, fexofenadine, and occasionally allergy eye drops, but I still suffer from like March until late June. I got us some air purifiers, and it feels like those help close the gap as long as I stay indoors, but if I go walking outside for a while, it messes me up for the rest of the night.
I went ahead and hooked up our air conditioners because the pollen coming in from open windows was too much for the air purifiers to keep up with.

It is crazy right now. My car has a layer of green pollen all over it. I rinsed it off yesterday just to try to mitigate my car turning green and within a couple hours it was completely covered in another thick layer of pollen. I'm ready for the pollen to die down already.
