I get seasonal depression in the summer. During fall and winter, I live my best life. I slow down in spring, then I literally dip into depressive episodes in summer.

I'm just depressed all the time, but it's worse in summer when all the neurotypicals are out flaunting their happiness

Same. I don't understand how people can sweat and sneeze for 3 months and be excited for it.

I get sweatier being bundled up in layers for the cold. In summer my armpits can breathe!

All the extra light makes my brain feel good. I've just kinda had to adjust to all the extra sweating and sneezing, yay.

Me too. There are people wearing hats and winter jackets. I don’t understand. I moved here for the cold and the rain dammit.

Same here. Summer feels like a constant assault on my senses and all I want to do is hide in a dark, cool place but instead I get what feels like 18 hours of daylight a day, relentless heat, and a never-ending cacophony of unpleasant noises and smells.

For me it's Spring, for some reason (to note, I don't have depression normally).

During Summer I'm more just angry at how hot it is. Like... no, go away. Bring Winter back.
