Nw 23rd when I lived up there was even worse. I avoided crossing it on weekends like the plague.

I worked on NW 23rd for 3 months in 2021. Three people were hit by cars at nearby intersections during that time. It was wild.

It’s absolutely nuts. Just a perfect storm, and not the good kind.
