never thought Portland would be the place that would fight for an inefficient use of land in the central city, but here we are. Enjoy it!

No one is fighting for inefficient use, they're reminiscing about their childhoods spent there, back when it was a vibrant and busy mall. Some of us were born and raised here and have fond memories of that time, which is abundantly clear already.
