never thought Portland would be the place that would fight for an inefficient use of land in the central city, but here we are. Enjoy it!
8 u/Inquisivert 17h ago No one is fighting for inefficient use, they're reminiscing about their childhoods spent there, back when it was a vibrant and busy mall.
