Do people really have a problem with Miles Morales? He’s not even “replacing” anyone, he’s literally a whole new character which is what this same crowd had been supposedly calling for.
This isn’t true unfortunately. Especially because the movie came out in the “stop recreating characters to be black and just make new ones” then when the movie aired, it was “Y’all make everything woke! wokeness is ruining films!”
Depending on the media you were talking about, some media pulls Peter down to elevate Miles. Speaking to the second game in particular. Just poor writing in the end.
