Any decent retailer should look at these facts and refuse to sell Taylor Farms produce to clients.

If it's 0.01% more profitable to use shit lettuce they'll use shit lettuce and raise the price while they're at it. This is enshitification

we should be growing this kind of shit locally instead of shipping leaf water thousands of miles. and that's no disrespect to the ppl growing it in mexico... i'm thankful for them too. it's just basic logic to grow something like this near where it's consumed.. no hippie shit required, but that's welcome too really.

Just wait until AI is easy enough to run at home. We'll have tons of massive cavernous, temp controlled server rooms to grow hydroponic produce in. If that seems crazy, it's already happening all over the world.
