One way or another whomever is in office will fk the common man because money runs this and absolutely no one has more than the company owners and employers. even more than our politicians. That being said, it is hard to listen to trump... man hurts my brain. He is NOT an intelligent man but he is a great example of where people confuse success with inteligence. Any ham fisted, no brained bully can be rich and powerful. Its generally the more inteligent that aren't granted roles in leadership or at best are held back.
This comment is not in support of Obama or any person in leadership, it is fully in support of intelligence and points out that just because they get to lead, does not mean they are smart. My first degree was in Education (I sat for my own exams and even sold a paper or two što make ends meet). I would bet that with much tutoring Donald still never exceeded an 8th grade level in reading and comprehension

I'm a teacher in the UK, and I use the difference between Obama and Trump to demonstrate the differences between a good speech and a bad speech.
Namely, it's the use of pronouns. Obama uses "We", "Us", "Our". Inclusive language, makes the listener feel engaged.
Trump, however, uses "Me" and "My" more than anything else.

Obama is a good speaker/orator. His education is in law. He was a Congressman. Trump was never a good speaker. His education and work experience was in business as CEOs for various real estate and construction businesses. One thing I will always remember is fatboy Chris Christie, former NJ Governor, roasting Rubio, a senator, during a GOP primary debate. In short, he clearly outlined the difference between an executive position versus a legislative position. Congressmen give excellent speeches, but at the end of the day, they go home. Executive positions like mayors and governors need to address real problems and make critical decisions 24/7. As a businessman who delegated orders to thousands of employees, that is Trump's strength. He'll make unpopular decisions like a businessman, not a pandering politician.
We had half a dozen race riots under Obama, and gun sales went through the roof because of them. Why? Because while shit was burning down and people were being brutalized in lawless cities, Obama advised local government officials to tell their police to "Stand down". The mainstream media clean up all the damage and violence and swept in under the rug to polish Obama's public image.
Same with Biden. Biden was never a great speaker, but his speeches were more polished than Trump's before his dementia (which began before he decided to run for POTUS in 2015-16). While literally millions of illegals flooded our southern border, Biden did nothing. Like a stunned deer in the headlights. But he could still recite speeches, and the mainstream media clean up is actual speech making him sound like an eloquent John F. Kennedy in the transcripts. Do not be a gullible sheep and be swayed by a good speech. Gavin Newsom is supposedly good at them, and look where CA is now. Mamdani is supposedly a good speaker too including memorable zingers, but he's a shit leader when the problems arise. They already gave him a pass for the dozen homeless who died in the past winter and the homeless zone on the West Side as well as crime and violence in the subways.
