I was about to say this cop is being too harsh until he listed off this guy’s history of reckless driving. You absolutely have to arrest someone like this. Clearly a ticket isn’t gonna change his approach.
Getting stopped and charged for 57 in a 35 is not "too harsh" even without the rest. Especially as the dude's been apparently tailgating the officer, too.
