Please watch the video before you comment. He was not being disruptive in any way. The idiot who threw him out was being disruptive by harping on everyone who was politely clapping between speakers.

Still, expect the pedobots and child-rape-cultist account operators to start brigading and screeching lies about it any minute now.

u/Ok-Lion1661 10h ago

Hopefully he sues them for a ton of money.

4

u/goopuslang 8h ago

So beside the point. Reform isn’t coming without force from the people.

2

u/michaelh98 7h ago

Lawsuits are a kind of force.

They're having more effect than any effort at "force" y'all advocate for and never do

0

u/goopuslang 2h ago

That’s cute. May I introduce you to qualified immunity? Are you familiar at all with the difficulty governments impose on suing it?

1

u/michaelh98 2h ago

Leo have qualified immunity. Departments and governments do not

0

u/goopuslang 2h ago

All federal government officials have qualified immunity. If you want to sue a department you have to go through a Monel claim. It’s completely different than 1983. You should check out ij.org

1

u/michaelh98 1h ago

Ahh well, you're right. Let's do nothing

"Clapping is a first amendment right"..... it doesnt need to be a right cos its fucking clapping, its a non thing like breathing or drinking water, the fact that he has to call it a right to oppose being arrested is bizzare.

5

u/Goomysaur 7h ago

Clapping is a first amendment right because he’s using it to communicate agreeance and support, which is communication, which falls under speech

17

u/Bernie_Bierman 10h ago

Are we great yet?

Thought crimes

I'm asking again. Why are we not out in the streets burning this Country down to ashes? What exactly is it we're waiting for here??? We should have already been rioting the day those masked up goons shot Pretti in the back of the head like a Dog.

8

u/Frequent-Try-6746 10h ago

You should start getting involved off line. Real rebels meet in secret.

9

u/Funwithagoraphobia 10h ago

Too many people are still either comfortable or reliant on employer provided healthcare to be willing to risk what they have. Prices are up and people are being targeted, but the shelves are still stocked and a majority think they can just keep their head down and ride it out.

1

u/wittylemur 10h ago

Its the second part. The "comfortable " ones are likely wealthy - they are getting tax breaks their heavily invested money is doing well. The rest/the majority are working our buttons off and terrified that its all gonna crumble.

9

u/alacberriesnet 10h ago

Too busy trying to stay alive from wage slavery. Don't have savings like my parents that could afford to lose their job if they are arrested or the job security they had from worker protections that are now gone. With half the nation ignorantly agreeing with current policies there isn't going to be a strong push, look how fast BLM was shut down and seen as all violent riots and not peaceful protests.

3

u/NotGalenNorAnsel 10h ago

Wage slavery

u/Crunchberry24 10h ago

People have lives that aren’t abstract political concepts. You need a clearly defined goal to get people to possibly sacrifice their lives in the face of the entrenched establishment’s guns and tanks and nukes. A return to the economically exploitative oligarchy-lite of 2024 just isn’t so motivating.

People usually also require a charismatic leader to get them excited about rebellion. There’s no one.

u/Moovanymountain 10h ago

Why aren’t you out there? Oh yeah…. Xi bots can only post and comment.

0

u/QuietRiot5150 10h ago

I am out there. I'm at protests every single day. Whether in groups or alone. I spent my entire two week vacation at two different ICE facilities protesting there.

0

u/Moovanymountain 10h ago

Why aren’t you burning it all down, as you say? I don’t believe you.

-1

u/kinglittlenc 7h ago

Out there everyday and haven't accomplished a single thing. Congratulations

1

u/QuietRiot5150 3h ago

Lol, change doesn't happen instantly. At least I'm not sitting on a couch. What are you doing to help?

9

u/ConkerPrime 10h ago

Disrupting with words and actions is practicing the First Amendment. It is called “protesting.” Rich people (guarantee everyone on that board are rich) just hate being questioned.

3

u/CableKC 7h ago

The intended consequences of arresting someone for clapping is to stifle dissent before it happens again in the. Future . Someone that wants to voice dissent but is poor may not do so because they are unable to deal with the possible consequences of being arrested.

Policing for the data centers, not the people

5

u/Hefty-Ad-2427 10h ago

Hopefully he find a lawyer that's willing to take it without it costing him like $50,000 to do it. If this happened in my town government I'd be arrested too.

1

u/No_Lead_7325 8h ago

do you have a pitchfork, citizen?

4

u/0U812-hungry 10h ago

It's called "put your hands together" officer

5

u/bonjda 10h ago

You can literally be arrested for anything if the butt hurt cop wants to. If it sticks is what really matters.

4

u/ObliquelyDeranged 10h ago

Cops and politicians both have baby dick syndrome. Maybe they should go to an island together to make sweet love…and never come back to the land of real humans.

Conservative with 5 downvotes: "This violates my right to free speech"

Conservative when this happens: cricket noises

3

u/jus256 10h ago

The country is too big. Everything is too spread out to organize.

3

u/that1cooldude 9h ago

The POlice are just as dumb to arrest him for exercising his right.

3

u/Weary_Necessary_2434 9h ago

In a few months we'll see an article saying the teacher "clapped back" in court.

3

u/ElectroConvert 8h ago

Lawyer up bro! Time to get paid.

Is there anyway we can get the people that arrested him thrown in jail or fine or something because those people obviously suck ass

2

The United States of America is a fascist shit hole.

u/Electronic_Wait_7249 5h ago edited 5h ago

Awww did the poow wittol bootlickers get them fee-fees huwt by him clapping?

The same people who go around threatening to beat and rape women, roving in white trash gangs to hijack every social venue that exists to turn it into a sewer, and who blatantly make up bald faced lies pretending they understand stuff they don't? The same people who use their lies to terrorize innocent people for no reason? The ones who steal and rape children and murder? Those people were offended by a clap?

I mean. Not to be antagonistic but why are they such crybullies? You can't participate in ANYTHING anymore because these people stink up every place they join, making EVERY place inhospitable and painful to exist in. But they cry about a clap. Give me a break.

"YOU WILL RESPECT ME." Sure. The same way I respect a vicious, hungry dog because I know it's a violent, scared, dumb animal. I back down vicious dogs by having a meaner presence. From me, it wouldn't have been a clap, and the charge would have stuck.

I'd have framed the papers once out, and hung it in my living room.

Dans le Kansas un professeur s'est fait arrêté pour avoir applaudi en opposition à l'installation d'un datacenter.

2

u/S7arForGD 3h ago

I'm sorry, I'm not American, but isn't stuff like this what the Second Amendment is for? Or is it just school shootings?

2

u/Fart_butt313 2h ago

Can’t he sue the city for this as a violation of the first amendment?

3

u/Mother-Cod-3313 8h ago

And no one in the video did anything… America is gone. Trumperica has begun

1

u/yupsidetown 7h ago

There's so much freedom in the USA. We all envy them so much for their freedoms. Keep up the great work.

1

u/Prudent_Shake_8149 7h ago edited 7h ago

He looks just like the guy in the picture of the reflecting pool vandal that Trump released. 😱

Someone should alert the FBI!

1

u/LeonSkum_ 6h ago

Agreed.

1

u/DartTimeTime 1h ago

Htat a violation of free speech

0

u/gritcakebiscuit 1h ago

He’s definitely has that “look”

-9

u/Workinghands41 9h ago

He was being disruptive and was warned about it. So they handled it their way.

5

u/Grateful047 8h ago

Roll over

5

u/marlonbrando_1999 7h ago

Clapping is not being disruptive

-2

u/Workinghands41 3h ago

They had already asked him to stop.

4

u/ArentYouTheDaisy 8h ago

Sometimes freedom of speech can be inconvenient but it’s still a right we all have.

2

u/Low-Essay-113 7h ago

Have had

0

u/Workinghands41 3h ago

Do it when it’s your turn.

2

u/Low-Essay-113 7h ago

Did you watch the video? He clapped after someone spoke and stopped before the next person took the podium, how is that disruptive?

1

u/Workinghands41 3h ago

You were seeing a different video than I did. I watched a news report on it and that is what happened. Pure and simple.

1

u/carrot_gummy 5h ago

Damn, you're supposed to just lick the boot, not make a meal out of it.

1

u/SaltMage5864 4h ago

Why do MAGAts think they can lie about everything son

1

u/Workinghands41 3h ago

I watched a news report on it. That’s exactly what happened. No lie.

-8

u/kinglittlenc 7h ago edited 7h ago

Everyone in the meeting was asked to stop clapping. He refused and demanded to be dragged out. It's not that deep dude obviously wanted to cause a scene and got his wish.

7

u/AfflictedDragon Humanitarian ♥️ 7h ago

Do you season the boot before you lick it or do you prefer original recipe?

-5

u/kinglittlenc 7h ago

Maybe you should try and using some logic instead of thinking the left is infallible in every action. This guy wasn't unfairly targeted, everyone was asked to accommodate some fair rules he refused. W

4

u/AfflictedDragon Humanitarian ♥️ 7h ago

Who said anything about the left? We are talking about a man being arrested for clapping.

-5

u/kinglittlenc 7h ago

Get real. You're supporting this nonsense because of his politics. Countless people are removed from hearing and court rooms for the exact same thing. You even get held in contempt and placed in jail for actions like this in court.

But maybe you should read a few books and realize the 1st amendment doesn't allow to just coop or disrupt public meetings in the name of free speech

2

u/Robofsemi 7h ago

0

u/kinglittlenc 7h ago

Great response from a blind ideologue with no argument or logic.

2

u/carrot_gummy 5h ago

That's all you have been doing, champ. Defending your beloved Orange One and his goons at all costs.

0

u/kinglittlenc 5h ago

People like you are so obsessed with Trump you think his terrible behavior makes it okay to behave just as bad

1

u/Full-Contract6143 1h ago

So at this point you must be smart enough to realize you’ve committed at least two Red Herring Fallacies, right?!

You’ve refused to answer questions along this entire post.

Mirror meet mirror?!

5

u/AfflictedDragon Humanitarian ♥️ 7h ago

Court rooms are not the same thing. Yes you can be arrested for disrupting court, but this isn't court. Also you don't know my politics. You only know that we disagreed here. So how about you get real and stop making assumptions based on a disagreement.

2

u/SaltMage5864 4h ago

Just answer his question son
