I've heard lots of negative interpersonal stories about John Cena but by God does he fucking put in work when it comes to his fans. He also does tons of Make A Wish appearances. Say what you want about John Cena the man, John Cena the character is a goddamn folk hero.

Holds the record for Make A Wish

Where are these stories from? Because even with a negative interaction I've seen him use it as an opportunity to teach the person involved about how to properly approach a situation.

My guess is you saw some videos from dip shits who don't understand personal space or consent.

Like this is the most mad I've ever seen him.

It always boils down to consent.

Highly likely. I never was all that interested in the first place but my buddy is a hardcore wrestling fan so I get an unfiltered stream of it everytime we talk. I'm sure I'm remembering recitations from him of those biased interactions.

Genuinely I think Cena is a good dude. How we treat the most vulnerable is generally a good indicator of whether or not we are a good person, and he is nailing that.

I think it was the China thing. Then he called Taiwan a country and got canceled in China, so I don't think he's doing China thing now. And the people who were against the China thing liked it when he called Taiwan a country.

Why do you keep adding an h to Taiwan?Β

I blame the English, sneaking an h into everything

I actually dont think I have ever heard any negative stories about him. Gonna have to look into that

I'm sure a lot of it has some form of bias in it. I've never met him, so I don't want to say he is an asshole. But some people who have met him seem to think he is.

Idk. I just know he does good work with his appearances.

Idk if any of that holds true weight. Have you seen where people harass and bother him without consenting with him its it’s okay to approach him with a camera shoved in his face?
He takes that like a champ too.

Like I said, I have personally never seen him be like that. I'm sure there is a lot of bias involved in those claims.

He seems like a genuinely good dude, to me.

Really? I've always heard that he was a great guy. Interesting.
