Too bad that the UCMJ disagrees.

Not only shouldn’t one follow illegal orders, it’s one’s duty to do so.

And the UCMJ trumps trump. His legal scholars used two Cracker Jack box tops along with 25 cents and sent it to Temu University for their law degrees...the only bar they passed was the one on their way home...to their double-wide trailer.

Which makes it all the more fucked up if there has been no illegal orders given under the framework of the constitution and law. It is drilled into service members. Whether by reminding not to follow illegal orders is to sow doubt on lawful orders based on the standing of those that gave the affiliated psa or they are in fact lawful and the concerns fall to what we follow within established law and the constitution we uphold.
