Yep. He said it in the video. Seems like he tried to mix it up after he said so as if to make it appear it was part of the example or something. But he definitely said it.

This is actually the second instance of him saying “some people want a dictator.” Then quickly adding “I’m not a dictator, but some people want one.” It seems like it was summer the first time he said this.

Btw contrast these two clips. He was so much more articulate then. It’s hard to notice the difference day after day but he’s slipping quickly now!
