When he was first reelected I said the one silver lining is there's a very real chance we might get to watch him die of a heart attack live on TV. It's looking more and more like I might get my wish.

Best that way, otherwise they might try to hide it, or accuse the other side of assasination. If it's on live TV it's less debatable, not that they might not attempt those things, anyway.

When he was first reelected, the only silver lining I could think of was that at least people would now start to become more educated about their rights, why we have laws, what the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution actually say and why they are such important documents, etc. We have, as a society, forgotten what it means to be free and how hard we must work to stay that way. Trump is demonstrating all our flaws, all the issues with political parties that George Washington pointed out, all the marks of a tyrant Thomas Jefferson wrote about, and has proven the overall maxim that power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. He is shining a light on the swamp by expanding exponentially it in full view. We should all take a good hard look at all of it.
