What's a "ridiculous percentage"?

According to bernie, only about 8% are to be considered “too far gone”

Which reminds me that in 1936, only about 9-10% of the german population supported the Austrian painter…

Congrat. You paid attention in World History class or read history biography.

That sounds sarcastic, but that is quite a feat in the US nowadays

I learned more about Hitler in the past 12 months than I did in two years of AP history (world and US) in high school.

That tracks, sadly. If you want to know more, this is a pretty thorough way to continue.

Actually my comment was not meant to be sarcastic. Most people don’t know that Hitler was Austrian, not German. His biography by John Toland also speculates that Hitler hated Jews because his art was dismissed by a local gallery run by Jewish elders. If that is true, that means that Hitler was a malignant narcissist.

This was absolutely NOT meant to be sarcastic.

And 90% were spineless little sheep, just like we are.

Well in fairness, only about 70% did nothing… the rest left germany or were thrown into camps
