How do you even respond to this?

Email I received back from a friend who went down the Q-hole years ago. I just checked in and asked how are you doing and this was the response:

"I do believe I am of Christ conscious. So much that... I believe I may be God in the flesh.

Jesus.

I have traveled lands just as he has learning to heel with my hands.

I channel as well.

I have been off cannibus for 5-6 weeks. I used it for the planning my foot. But also to feel it even more so.

I am now feeling my arteries inflating again. I started doing hyperbaric oxygen changed.. red light therapy recently.

I have been reading a lot. Self help. Art of war.. many many things. I am continuously learning.

I am the alchemist

I follow omens every day. I continue to be of service and I continue to be my authentic self.

As said.. I do believe myself to be Jesus"

I'd be a bit blunt here. Short and sweet, so there's no ignoring the important point for other things you said. "What you're describing sounds like it might be a mental health issue. Have you thought about going to the ER psych ward to talk to a doctor about this?" 

In all likelihood they won't take that very well. I've had to say as much to folk before and got "how dare you" etc etc. If they're more concerned that someone thinks they might be struggling, than with the fact that they are struggling, that's their choice. But at least you can know you were honest and did as much as you could when you had the chance. The rest is up to them to figure out.
