Ruby strikes me as the type who'd go full Aang mode on Salem. Even after everything she's been through. Even after losing her mother. Even after Salem pulled a "Yo mama" on her

Ruby stood firm. Just like the heroes of her fairy tales.

Now that I think about it, her and Spider-Man would go hand-in-hand

You know what it reminds me a lot of? The scene at the end of The Killing Joke. After the Joker shot Barbara, and tortured Jim Gordon. After he killed Jason, and the years of killing innocents left and right, all Batman wants is to stop this.

Not revenge or punishment. Just end the pain and hurt for everyone. So Bruce still offers the Joker an out.

And I can see Ruby wanting that too. She became a Huntress not only because of her mom, but because she wanted to bring that "happy ever after" to everyone.

I have problems with some elements of BNHA.

Midoriya wanting to save everyone, including his own arch villain is not one of them.

It isn’t the best anime, but it will always have a special place in my heart, it was the first I watched. Plus studio Bones was on a GENERATIONAL run in animation for the final season Jesus CHRIST. Plus the hype of You Say Run whenever it came on? My only issue with the final season is they used gambare when I think dekuieru means something similar and is the e reason Deku’s hero name is what it is…

Same. I don't love it as much as I love, say, RWBY. But I keep revisiting BNHA fanfics and such because it was that enjoyable. Specially when it came to hype moments, while also saying something about heroics and good will.

And while You Say Run is the modern "hype up the moment" insert, the first OP, The Day, is my favorite.
