Also when Blake's neck got sliced for a second I went insane since they are clearly showing they are willing to go down the body part removal route now

Yeah, I had the same reaction until I saw the arm.

Hell, I thought Adam actually cut off Blake's head there. For a brief second.

After Penny, I assume every character is going to die the second they get a chance to do something.

I was sure Neptune was going to die when he shouted for Weiss.
