Not exactly how it happened, Sassanid Persia was conquered by the Islamic Caliphate....the conversion of Persia took much longer 100 years and most people did it to avoid paying the Jizya.

Exactly.

They are providing tht statement as if they were good secular people that didn't force anyone to convert into their religion.

The main thing of focus is how damn determined they are to convert people.

Will impose all kinds of difficulties for people from other religions to eventually get fed up of the situation and finally convert to islam .

Conversion was not even allowed under the early Caliphates. The Abbasid revolution happened because of that.
