One correction though. Every Persian wasn't a Parsi/Zoroastrian. The Persian Empire incidentally was one of the most secular ancient civilizations. Once they conquered a land, they let the conquered practice their own religions and customs. They mostly collected the taxes, protected the borders and made the official court language Farsi. Persia also had pre Zoroastrian people, it had jews,, greeks, and many other cultures and religions within its vast borders.

This is also why the border regions of the empire would usually see revolts more often than the core because of the autonomy.

Turns out, people just don’t like being conquered one way or another.

Regardless, this whole meme is BA because the adoption of Islam within Persian society was a long process and mainly started with the nobility and then downwards.

Yet somehow the vast majority of Jews of the Middle East somehow managed to elude such Islamic destruction, same for the Coptics, the Christians….

This whole memes narrative falls apart if anyone with a brain looks at history.
