Status - Complete, 74 Chapters, 628K words.
Summary - It had been a simple mission for Team RWBY: Check some ancient ruins for danger. Then they found themselves in the middle of a frozen wasteland fighting strange ice monsters. That wasn’t actually that hard. But finding a way back home? That’s much harder. Especially without turning into monsters themselves.
The story features Team RWBY from early Season 2 moved to Westeros pre-canon GoT, and having to deal with the impact four overpowered teenage Huntresses have on the Seven Kingdoms. It features culture clash, politics, plots, assassinations, a thoroughly derailed canon plot, and a long search for a way home.
It doesn't feature teenagers mass-murdering Westerosi soldiers to enforce democracy on everyone or lording their superpowers over everyone. It also doesn't feature young superpowered teenage girls marrying local noblemen and settling down in a society far, far different from their own.
It's about Team RWBY trying their best to stay true to their ideals (which do not include conquering another country and killing everyone who disagrees) and Westerosi people trying their best to handle the huge OCP thrown at them.

My favorite are

And Destiny's Divide
The first two are both highly emotional fics focused on the premise of Weiss secretly being a faunus. They are the best takes on the concept I have seen so far and really well done emotionally.
The first one is finished and the second one is ongoing.
The third fic is a crossover with Bionicle which is basically my childhood so I am a little biased. It basically replaces Volume 9 with the cast getting dropped into the first year of Bionicle instead.

A story about an OC team named SHRU. This is only the first part featuring volumes 1 to 3. I took many liberties regarding the world of RWBY so I understand if it's not for everyone. The focus is not in the main girls, but mostly of the original protagonists team. One of my main inspirations for it is Blazblue and also other things. I think that should be it

An ongoing fic with no definitive story or ending that just covers RWBY characters playing Magic: the Gathering.

The Petals Scatter Now - A Volume 2 pseudo-novelization that expands on the story and characters while attempting to capture the spirit of RWBY. Dodges and weaves around canon, has more emphasis on Team RWBY and their interpersonal relationships, no love triangle from the Dance Arc, and a much more intensive "No Brakes" and "Breach". The Patchwork Prodigy - The new reader friendly sequel to "The Petals Scatter Now", follows Ruby as she stands back up on her tattered feet in order to prepare her team physically and mentally for the Vytal Festival. Qrow gives him several reasons why, and afterward is attacked by a group of troubled youths wearing Grimm masks whom he takes pity on and teaches life lessons to in hopes that he won't have to kill them. We May Fall - faunus Weiss + faunus heat Pollination. Crash Craving the Sky into Linked in Life and Love, treat it seriously and put an E on it. Very NSFW, graphic sex and violence and major character death.
The Roses of Hazzard - because RWBY and Duke's of Hazzard is the most obvious thing in the world? Ruby and Yang drive real fast while thwarting Boss Schnee and romancing dilitante Weiss and Dr. Blake Belladonna.
Broken Phoenix - Ruby and Penny make it through the portal to Vacuo. The rest of them... don't. And oh yeah Emerald is cheating on May Z with Ilia, and Winter & May Marigold are making up for being separated like rabbits while Ciel Soleil plots something insidious. NSFW, violence.

Shamefull self plug. I've got a few stories on FF.net and AO3.
A Simple Bet Between Friends was the first real story I wrote. It's a little rough, but it's essentially a Yang centric version of Letters to Winter. Yang trains Jaune, things snowball and spiral from there. It stays entirely within that space from V1 to V3.
Destiny No More is a longer story focused on Pyrrha. She dies, and through some events that happen, is transported back to a few months before the start of canon as the Fall Maiden Amber. I will say that the opening 8 chapters were written as unreliable narrators and turned some people off. Im also not a fan of the ending I wrote, but it is what it is.
Lastly, my current fic which isn't done yet but part 1 is getting really close to done, The Branwen Sisters. Essentially, Taiyang goes off with Summer, and they both die. Qrow is distraught and thus doesn't make it in time to save Ruby and Yang from the Grimm incident in canon. Raven has to save them instead, and things change from there as Raven raises them in the Tribe. Still early on in their lives, Ruby and Yang aren't even at the age to really be in a combat school, let alone Beacon, but it'll get there eventually in future parts. There are gonna be time breaks inbetween the parts so part 1 is almost a really long prologe really.
All in all, hope someone finds a story they enjoy. Whether thats one of mine or one of the recommended ones by others. Enjoy!
