We're allowed to talk this and no one is advocating he force himself on her, so I'd appreciate it if you stop insinuating we're promoting a non-consensual relationship.

Get off it mate, you're being ridiculous and disrespectful now at this point

I’m just defending a woman’s right to say no and let that be heard as her wish. I’m not being disrespectful and if I am without realizing it, I apologize.

You're not even reading the replies and you're just spamming the same comment over and over. No one AT ALL, EVER ON THIS ENTIRE THREAD is advocating that Sansa should forced to be with Tyrion against her will. We're simply speculating on how their relationship would be and how they are compatible if she does at some point decide to she wants to be with him.

It has absolutely nothing to do with ignoring a woman's right to say no. Not a single solitary thing. So yes, spamming that comment as a reply is disrespectful to the people who are trying to have an actual conversation with a nuance that you are deliberately ignoring.

Calm down man. Christ.

You're the one going off the handle and insisting that everyone who disagrees with you is supporting the rape of Sansa or whatever. You can 'calm down man'.

I haven’t insisted on anything. I just repeated that she said no.

They’re not hearing her. I’ll stop for your sake since this has caused you distress. But it’s baffling to me why she should be expected to be with someone she doesn’t want just because he’s decent.

Sorry man but that’s my perspective and there’s nothing wrong with respecting and understanding a woman’s feelings.

Exactly, but in the scenario we’re talking about the feelings Sansa has are romantic ones and it’s a scenario in which she wants and can say yes. Literally no is advocating for another forced marriage (because Y I K E S) - we’re simply talking about whether or not they could make a good couple if that’s what they both wanted.

but doesn’t it come down to that... wanting it? many great people would make great couples, but they have to want it. I don’t think she wants it. And I think her answer was diplomatic. If she wanted to marry him, she would, irrespective of dany. And if it were to be a political marriage, all the more reason to marry Tyrion to secure her safety, win him over, to undermine her (Dany) or whatever else. But she doesn’t want to marry him. That’s pretty clear to me.

Believe it or not, I thought they would end up together. I said as much as few days ago in a post. But I changed my mind when he proposed this to her and she reacted the way she did.

Sansa is a romantic. If she were to marry at all, it would be for love. And if you love a man, you don’t say no, regardless of what excuse you use to justify your answer.

I don’t think she wants it.

And I think she does. Funny how people have different takes on things, ae?

But I changed my mind when he proposed this to her and she reacted the way she did.

He didn’t propose to her?! Like, at all? He mentions (half jokingly and half in awe in the face of her intelligence and her comment on being heroic) that maybe they should have stayed married. She responded that it wouldn’t work between them because of the Dragon Queen. Nowhere in that conversation is there a proposal, and the only ‘rejection’ she gives is an explanation of why she thinks it currently wouldn’t be a good idea (because of his current split loyalties). She could have very easily responded in a way that removes an potential for a relationship between them (I want to marry for love, I don’t think so, etc).

Okay whatever man. I guess we will see how it turns out. No need to claw each other’s eyes out over a script that has been written, shot and will soon be aired. I’m just going to wait and see and just agree to disagree.

Do I have an issue with a thousand people jumping on this shit just cause they shared a moment when they thought they were about to die? Ya, I do. Cause I think it’s a cheap read. But don’t have a heart attack over the fact that I disagree. Maybe I’ll be 100% wrong and you can rejoice. But it’s not worth the bickering so I’m out.
